Rear Filter Assembly for the BLS12K, MCI22K, MCI PureSynAIRg Stand-Alone units (2 pack) Complete assembly includes the mesh, foam, and honeycomb filters Two (2) complete filter assemblies Cleaning your filters The filter assembly should be cleaned every 30 days to ensure optimum performance from your machine as well as to ensure the interior of your machine is protected. A 24 pack of red/purple disposable filters are also available for purchase here (these replacement filters are optional).* DISASSEMBLE: To disassemble the filter assembly, grasp the sides of the rim and carefully separate the back piece from the housing. The three filters [mesh, foam, honeycomb] can then be removed and cleaned separately. CLEAN & DRY: Clean water or compressed air may be passed through the entire filter assemblies or the individual parts when disassembled. If using water you must allow the filters to fully dry before reassembly. REASSEMBLY: When reassembling, the HONEYCOMB FILTER goes in first, then the FOAM FILTER, and finally the thin MESH FILTER. Then simply reattach the rear piece to the housing. * If using the disposable filters, the mesh filter goes in first followed by the disposable filter with the Red side facing outward; reattach the rim to the filter assembly. The honeycomb and foam pieces would not be used along with the disposable filter material.
