  • WARRANTY REGISTRATION

    Whenever you purchase a product, register the warranty within 30 days of purchase. You also have the opportunity to Enhance your Warranty. This is for your product protection and to keep your product working more efficiently.  You can CLICK HERE to register your product warranty, if applicable. Registration requires the product serial number and date of purchase. The Access code is "WARRANTY."

  • QUICK START

    When you first get your product, scan the QR code on the included Quick Start Guide. This will take you to our product resources page where you will have access to owner's manuals, spec sheets, maintenance videos, and more! Take time to review this information for your new product to ensure proper operation.  Improper operation or use may shorten the life of the product and/or void warranties. You can also CLICK HERE

  • REPLACEMENT PARTS

    Some products may require replacement parts or filters on a schedule.  Auto replacement parts may be available for some products.  To view some of the common replacement parts CLICK HERE.

  • QUESTIONS/CONCERNS

    If you have any questions and/or concerns about your product(s), you may either contact your local BLS Affiliate Dealer or CLICK HERE to submit a ticket in our Support Center. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
